The staff at Summit Dental have been phenomenal in helping me get back to a good dental hygiene regiment. I initially called in an emergency and they were so caring and sympathetic to my situation and were able to work me in right away which was fantastic, considering the pain I was experiencing. Everyone was kind, helpful, and understanding when I explained my fears and anxiety surrounding being in a dental office after bad experiences I the past at my previous dentist. I felt as though I was included in my treatment plan as things were explained to me in a way I could understand and I was given some options on the route to take for a few problem teeth. Everytime I have been in the chair, I was always asked if I was experience any pain or discomfort and they assured me I could always ask to stop and get numbed up more. I have been working on getting all of my issues fixed and everytime I have gone, it has been a pleasure being around everyone on the staff. I recently had a crown placed and they worked to ensure that it was perfect. I can say that although I am not eager to jump right in the chair and start having all the pulling and drilling, the folks at Summit Dental have help relieve my fear/anxiety of going to the dentist and I know I am in good hands anytime I go.
